Thick grey, double-sided, pressure-sensitive, closed-cell acrylic foam tape designed for high-strength, permanent bonding. It is part of the VHB (Very High Bond) family and is specifically formulated to be conformable, making it ideal for adhering to irregular, textured, or rigid surfaces while offering superior resistance to plasticizers found in vinyl. Conformable Core: The acrylic foam is soft and flexible, allowing it to "wet out" and make maximum contact with surfaces, including textured or irregular materials.Plasticizer Resistance: Specially formulated to bond to plasticized vinyl, resisting the migration of plasticizers that can weaken other adhesives.High Performance Bonding: Bonds to a wide range of medium to high surface energy substrates, including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, glass, and many plastics (ABS, polycarbonate).Sealant Properties: Creates a permanent seal against water, moisture, and environmental elements.Damping and Vibration Resistance: The viscoelastic nature of the foam absorbs dynamic stress and reduces vibration.Temperature Resistance: Withstands short-term temperatures up to 150°C (300°F) and long-term, continuous exposure to temperatures up to 93°C (200°F).
