Professional Glass Repair
The SAW360's eccentric orbital polishing system delivers precise, distortion-free repairs while minimising polishing marks. Its integrated tripod support keeps the machine parallel to the glass for consistent results on windscreens, commercial vehicles and architectural glazing.
The 50mm polishing disc, low operating speed and light water spray maintain an optimum polishing temperature of around 65°C, allowing scratches up to approximately 65mm to be repaired quickly and accurately, even in confined areas.
For deeper damage, the Complete Kit includes metal grinding discs plus Scratch Away® Red and Pink abrasives for controlled repair before final polishing.
