Scratch Away® Black Grinding Paste is a specialist glass grinding compound used in the first stage of the Scratch Away® four-step deep scratch removal process. Used with the Scratch Away® Red Sanding Head, it removes glass around the damaged area to the depth of the scratch, creating the foundation for a professional, distortion-free repair.

Four-Step Repair Process
Step 1: Use Black Grinding Paste (93120) with the Red Sanding Head (93063) to remove glass around the scratch until level. SAW360 speed: 1.
Step 2: Use Heavy Red Polishing Paste (93100) with a Metal Polishing Disc (93061) to remove grinding marks and begin refining the repair. Speed: 3.5.
Step 3: Use Medium Pink Polishing Paste (93110) with a clean Metal Polishing Disc (93061) to further refine the surface. Speed: 3.5.
Step 4: Finish with the Scratch Away® Glass Polishing Wheel (93054) to restore optical clarity and a distortion-free finish. Speed: 3.5.
Important Information
Black Grinding Paste is for the initial grinding stage only and must be followed by the Red and Pink polishing stages before final polishing. Always allow sufficient surrounding glass to blend the repair correctly and follow the recommended Scratch Away® repair procedure. For professional use only.
